For our Spring term 2018 we’re continuing with Martial Arts, in particular kickboxing. This will be an 11 week program and classes will be non-gender specific, so open to anybody over 18 to join!
The style draw strengths from various forms of Martial Arts, and is a great way to keep fit while building strength and confidence, all done in a very safe and supportive atmosphere. This course will be run Thursday evenings in Kennington. Check out the Timetable for exact times and locations. You sign up for the whole term of classes, this assures progression, but you can use your first class as a taster before committing.
There will always be a group of people going for a drink after class, so please do go along, socialise & get to know your fellow class members.
