For our spring 2018 term we will be running 2 male only Yoga classes,  one on Tuesday evenings, and another Saturday morning, both in Vauxhall.

You will be guided through a dynamic vinyasa flow based class, connecting breath to movement in a series of postures and poses designed to gain inner strength and flexibility.
We will also look at some pranayama (Breathing technique’s) that will give you the tools to help deal with the daily stresses of a busy London life.

As well as our usual block term packages, these classes will also be offered on a PAYG basis. Please email in first to check we have availability.

YOU DO NOT NEED ANY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE!

All classes are relaxed & friendly, with emphasis made on supporting each other and having fun.
There will always be a group of people going for a drink after class, so please join them.
